original papers and finding aid are held at the Library of Congress.Scope and Content:
The Charles N. Elliot Collection holds several Whitman items including a poetry
draft, article reprints, newspaper and magazine clippings on Whitman, and
correspondence about Whitman. For this catalog, only the lone object
deemed a poetry manuscript has been described at the item-level.
